Difference in Judgement

Why is there blonde on Rogue's side and black on Female Titan's? I have my hair dyed half blond and half black so my friend suggested painting both Female Titan and Rouge Titan make up on.

So this was not two different times of doing make-up together, My friend sat down and painted on both sides in one..very..long sitting (but totally worth it). This was more of a test of make-up/for fun so we didn't focus on the muscles or definition on the neck/shoulders.
